MODERN SPANISH TAPAS IN ANDALUCIAN CHARM

Tabancos have been deeply rooted in Andalucian culture for centuries. Originating in the bodegas (wineries) of Jerez, Tabancos eventually became village ‘hang-outs’ where locals would visit to enjoy sherry wines straight from the barrel, accompanied by simple tapa.

Tabanco (Cambridge) aims to maintain these traditions, whilst accommodating for modern tastes with a menu that promotes the very best of what Spain has to offer.

We’re here for whatever takes your fancy, whether something simple like churros & chocolate or single origin coffee, an award-winning craft beer or a glass of wine...or plates of the finest tapas, cooked to order by Head Chef, Didac, and his brigade of Spanish chefs.
